Terms of attendance

These terms govern use of the website focushelix.click and enrolment in workshops, clinics, and sittings offered by Focus Helix Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), registered and teaching at 77/3 Phaya Thai Rd, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. By sending an enquiry or paying a fee, you accept these terms.

The service

The academy teaches practical chart reading in person. A confirmed seat is a place at a stated date and time, with the materials described on the relevant workshop page. Fees shown on the site are invitations to enquire. A binding fee is the one stated in our written reply.

Acceptance

An enquiry form submission is a request, not a booking. A booking exists when we email a confirmation and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit has cleared. You must be 18 or older to take a seat.

Intellectual property

Chart packs, workbook prompts, and the text of this site are owned by the academy or used with permission. You may keep and annotate the paper issued to you. You may not copy the pack for a group, republish the prompts, or record an evening. Your own marks on the paper remain yours.

Conduct in the room

Phones and laptops stay off the table. You may be asked to leave, without a refund of that evening, if you disrupt the neighbour test or if you ask the reader to comment on a live order. The academy may refuse a future seat after a written warning.

Liability

Chart reading taught here is an educational exercise on historical pages. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a management service. You remain responsible for any decision you later make with a broker. To the extent Thai law allows, the academy’s liability for a paid sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website

The site is informational. We may correct a date or a fee and will honour a confirmation already sent. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right you hold.
