What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. If you book, we also keep the fee status, the chair number, and any absence we agreed. We do not ask for account numbers, identity-card numbers, or health information. If a page you bring to a sitting contains another person’s client data, we will not review that page.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you, hold a seat, take a fee, and run the evening you booked. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of who sat which cohort. A preference cookie is stored only if you accept it; rejecting it does not change your ability to read the site or send the form.

Retention

Unconfirmed enquiries are kept for 18 months and then deleted. Booking records, including the deposit note, are kept for five years to meet accounting practice in Thailand. Pencil replies on your paper stay with you; we do not scan them unless you ask us to reprint a lost window, in which case the scan is deleted after the reprint is handed over.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a booking. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. We will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

The site is hosted so that pages can be served to visitors. If a host processes a form submission outside Thailand, we rely on a provider that offers contractual protection for that transfer, and we keep the content of the message limited to what you typed. We do not sell personal information.
