What is already on the table
Paper
Each workshop student receives a clipped pack of historical windows and a cloth workbook. The left page of the workbook already holds that evening’s prompt. The right page is blank. Pencils are in a copper cup if you forget yours. A second copy of any faint sheet is in the drawer.
Chairs
Twelve chairs along one lacquered table, six to a side, so the neighbour test can happen without anyone standing. Your chair number stays the same for the eight evenings. Bags go under the chair. Phones stay in the bags.

A later cohort is usually set for the following January. Ask when you write, and we will say whether January is already being listed.
