Refunds, deposits, and missed evenings
These rules apply to the Chart Reading Workshop, the Saturday Bar Clinic, the Marked-Page Sitting, and a quoted closed-group evening booked with Focus Helix Academy Co., Ltd. Write to hello@focushelix.click or call 023851139. The room address is 77/3 Phaya Thai Rd, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400.
Workshop deposit and balance
The 4,500 THB deposit holds a chair. If you cancel 14 or more days before the first Tuesday, the deposit is refunded in full. Between 13 and 7 days before the first Tuesday, half the deposit is refunded and half is kept. Inside 7 days the deposit is kept, because the chart pack has been clipped with your name and the chair is unlikely to be filled from the waiting list in time.
The 15,000 THB balance is paid on the first Tuesday before the pack is unclipped. If you pay the balance and then withdraw before the pack is opened, the balance is refunded and the deposit follows the rule above. Once the pack has been handed to you, the balance is not refunded. The paper is yours to keep.
Missed evenings and rescheduling
You may miss one of the eight evenings and still read on the last Thursday. A second absence moves the final reading to a marked-page sitting, billed at the sitting fee, unless we agreed the absence in writing beforehand (illness with a note, or a date we moved). We do not reschedule a single Tuesday into another cohort’s table.
Saturday clinic
Cancel by the Wednesday before the Saturday and the 3,600 THB is refunded in full. After that Wednesday the fee is kept. If we cancel because fewer than four people have paid, you receive a full refund.
Marked-page sitting
Cancel or move the time before noon on the day before and the 2,200 THB is applied to the next open Wednesday, or refunded if you prefer. A cancellation after that noon, or a no-show, is not refunded, because the 75 minutes was held empty.
Closed groups
A quoted evening is refundable in full until 10 days before the date. Inside 10 days, half the quoted fee is kept to cover printed sheets and the reserved reader. If we cancel, the full quote is refunded.
Work already started and materials
Pencil notes already written on your pages are part of a sitting that has started and are not refundable. An unused reprint fee of 180 THB is refundable if we have not yet printed. Tea and a chair that you simply did not sit in are not separated from the fee.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, within 14 working days after we confirm the amount by email. If the original method cannot receive it, we will ask for a Thai bank account in your name.
